Link2Access connects you with disability and mental health services in your area, specialising in accessible housing and providers that support you to live independently

We have access to properties, specialist housing Support Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, Plan Managers, Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, Independent Living Options (ILO) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing providers, across the country.
